If you are looking for a crispy meal today, then add this delicious afghani fateer in your menu....... Which is basically a keema bread very famous in Afghanistan.....

Method :
In a bowl take Maida, ads Curd,  sugar, salt as per taste, instant yeast and mix well, then add water as per requirements to knead the dough, grease it with oil, and keep it on rest for abt one hour.

In a wolk add cooking oil, add ginger garlic paste and saute it, add Corriander seeds and saute it for one minute. Then add minced mutton and mix it well till colour changes.

Add salt, black pepper powder, red chilly powder, Turmeric, dhania powder, green chillies and onion to it mix for 2minutes. Cook it for 8-10minutes and let it cool down.

Sprinkle dry flour on rolling mat and knead the dough again,  cut the dough into four equal halves with the help of pizza cutter.

Take one half and roll it out with the help of a rolling pin. For a change i have added mozzarella cheese at this stage, you can skip it.

Add cheese slices towards the end of chappati, close the ends of chapatti.

Now with the help of a fork prick the centre portion and fill it with cooked mutton mince and cover it with another half rolled out in chapatti and press the ends with a fork.

Now prick the whole with a fork and apply melted butter or egg wash and sprinkle some Nigella seeds over it.

Put it on a pan, cook for abt 15 minutes on low flame,  flip it and cook for 5-minutes,....
Serve it hot by applying melted butter.
