Shwarma is a levantine Arab meat preparation, where lamb, chicken, turkey, beef, or mixed meats are placed on a spit and may be grilled for as long as a day. It was invented in Turkey during 18th century. It can be served on a plate or as a sandwich or wrap. Today I'll share the recipe of chicken shwarma which u can easily make at your home.
